SAVE Legislation

Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Clearance
Applicable to only to artists who perform in the school district
If artist worked in a district last year (00-01) – that artist is exempt for that district only
Also applies for an artist that works for an organization
MUST be fingerprinted if working 5 or more days in a district
Don’t assume that the organization the artist is working for has done the clearance
Tracking – RJ will ask @ State Ed. meeting Oct 18^th
